Always store it in a rigid, ventilated case to prevent crushing or bacterial growth. Avoid hot water or leaving it in a hot car, as heat can warp the custom fit. Bring it to your regular dental checkups so we can check its condition and ensure it still fits perfectly.
Brushing and flossing are the cornerstones of your at-home oral care. We recommend brushing twice a day for two minutes using a soft-bristled brush and fluoride toothpaste.
