We take a precise digital or physical impression of your teeth. In 1–2 weeks, your custom guard will be ready for a perfect, comfortable fit.
Rinse it with cool water and brush it gently with a toothbrush. Store it in its case when not in use.
We take impressions today, and your custom guard is ready in about 1–2 weeks.
To keep your custom mouth guard in top condition, rinse it with cold water or an alcohol-free mouthwash before and after every use. Always store it in a rigid, ventilated case to prevent crushing or bacterial growth. Avoid hot water or leaving it in a hot car, as heat can warp the custom fit. Bring it to your regular dental checkups so we can check its condition and ensure it still fits perfectly.
Brushing and flossing are the cornerstones of your at-home oral care. We recommend brushing twice a day for two minutes using a soft-bristled brush and fluoride toothpaste. Angle the brush at 45 degrees to the gums to gently sweep away plaque. Floss daily by gently sliding the floss between teeth and curving it into a "C" shape around the base of each tooth to clean below the gumline, where your brush can't reach.
